👉Autumn is a good time to tidy up your hubby, but also your mind. Preparing mentally for the coming new year will be a good step, towards a better future. Clearing your mind, working on yourself inside, is pretty hard. However, once you start noticing yourself in a good light, everything will start to wake up again. The most important thing is to start, not to avoid.

Oczyszczoy umysł, praca nad sobą w środku, jest dość ciężka. Gdy jednak zaczniesz zauważać siebie w dobrej odsłonie, wszystko zacznie się budzić na nowo. Najważniejsze by zacząć a nie unikać.

👉The universe, and the energy the earth sends us, was designed for us to live well. However, when you look at it from your perspective it can be different. But have you ever wondered…. Yeah, but there’s so much bitterness and evil around? What are you jumping out to me here with positive energy….
👉 That’s a fact, you’re right…. just have you ever considered that since each person has something that bothers them and is not fully worked through or affects like dominoes energetically the next person that comes around…. energy attracts energy-a magnet attracts or repels, right? If the positive attracts to the positive, and a stone thrown into the water creates circles on the water- then if you start with a small action, won’t it attract repercussions that will follow you…
👉Do you ask yourself if what you are doing is good and makes you happy or rather not? Become an observer of life for a moment rather than a doer of it.
👉The last trip turned out to be a bereavement, but there are obviously positives to be taken out of every situation.
✌Felipe was very helpful and at the same time I didn’t expect him to show any commitment in rescuing a woman from her predicament 😅 It’s not the end though…. tonight I want to present how the following days in Rio were like after the incident.

👉Ostatnia wycieczka okazała się opłakana w skutkach, jednak z każdej sytuacji można wyciągnąć oczywiście pozytywne elementy.
✌Felipe okazał się bardzo pomocny, a jednocześnie nie oczekiwałam, że wykaże się zaangażowaniem w ratowaniu niewiasty z opresji 😅 To jednak nie koniec.. dzisiaj wieczorem chcę przedstawić, jak wyglądały kolejne dni w Rio po tym zajściu.
👉Widzimy się o 18.30 tak jak zwykle, o tej samej porze!
👉The second day there was a hangover bigger than all of Brazil. Rio was on the cards and in that form, however, I took what happened in a very unexpected way and since then my outings have generally ended with one drink. In all this confusion I completely forgot that I had left my number with Felipe. I didn’t have it and, to be honest, I didn’t think about it anymore. One day, however, I got a message. I was lying in bed at the time after dinner-, we all usually did that we either lay down in our rooms or went out somewhere.
👉This time we went to our rooms. Unexpectedly a message came in from an unknown number. I’m ashamed to admit, but so much was going on that evening that I was completely disconnected when it came to identifying the boy who rescued me from trouble. He wrote in Brazilian, of course, so I guessed it was from him. He asked me how I was and if I was okay. I didn’t think he could write to me… I replied that I was fine and thanked him for being so kind and not leaving me alone even though I was panicking. Surprisingly after this message, he proposed to meet. Then I got a second shock, my first thought was no – yeah sure, let’s meet and everything! My thought was… Ok…what is this all about! As a rule, after such a situation that happened to me, I met with a reaction from guys in the style of, well abnormal… she does not understand ( I ignore the fact that being ignorant, and wanting to enjoy life and have fun among amazing people and place is a sign of being unbalanced… but nothing)… I suggested meeting up at the same place where we randomly met, this coming Saturday.

👉Kierujmy uwagę na to co dobre… nie skupiajmy uwagi na tym co złe. Sami kreujemy swoje życie poprzez swoje nastawienie oraz stany emocjonalnego uniesienia. Harmonia, balans oraz równowaga życiowa to jest to do czego każdy powinien w swoim życiu dążyć w celu ulepszania samego siebie.
👉Zawsze powtarzam, nie jesteśmy w stanie zmienić całego świata, ale jesteśmy w stanie zmienić ten świat w rozumieniu i spojrzeniu jednej osoby.
👉The conversation went very smoothly and we laughed at our deliberations. Nevertheless, the time that passed us by finally forced us to take some action to go to the club. I went to the bar for a while, and when I returned to my seat everyone had vanished into thin air. Nevertheless, I didn’t worry about it at first, I looked around but didn’t see anyone. I decided that if I have to wait, it should be at least in nice company. Two handsome Brazilian guys were standing and watching what was going on around. But alcohol does its job, so of course, I walked up to them and started to talk… actually I tried to talk in Brazilian. Unfortunately, the level of proficiency was so poor that I decided to improvise. One of the guys was named Felipe.
👉He was about 178 cm tall, brunette, his hair cut very short, highlighting his facial features, thick eyebrows and emphasizing the dark irises of his eyes, well-defined jawline, well-built, athletic, military-style – typical alpha. The boy drew my attention from the very beginning but under normal circumstances, I would not approach them. Here the situation was a little different because the whole team split up and I started to get bored, so it just happened. With my broken Brazilian, we got along somehow and then headed towards the club. On the way we had a few stops for shots and so from stop to stop, the party got a little out of control. Even though we were close, I noticed that no one familiar appears on the horizon for too long and the people at Lapa are more and more. There was only Felipe and his friend and other people we met along the way. At one point I realized that something must be wrong and it was time to evacuate.

👉We were in awe of it, and the energy that circulated between the rocks left us stunned and delighted. Everyone automatically began to feel respect for nature, and you could tell this from the silence that followed when we all stood in front of the water falling from the top. It was a moment that has stuck in my mind since I am writing about it now. We looked at each other, left our backpacks on the rocks, and entered the water. It was so clear that we could see our feet with the naked eye, some of us went towards the waterfall and others towards the rocks. After a while we exchanged places. We sat there for a few good minutes, ate sandwiches, talked about everything and nothing, laughed, and then decided that it was time to slowly go back before it gets dark. The way back was much faster. In the end, when we came out of the woods, there was excitement on our faces. It was a day well spent!
👉This is one of many stories that happened during my time in Brazil. Next week I’ll tell you about how the preparations for the carnival went and how one evening I lost my group in the middle of a crowd of Brazilians.

👉As the days passed, time went by very quickly. I lived in Brazil for 3 months. On our days off, we often went to the beach or to Lapa. One day, however, we decided to go to see a waterfall. Rio is quite vast and is divided into different areas. One is less safe, the other more so. Thanks to the openness of the locals, we were able to see places hard to reach for the average tourist. One of these places is a hidden waterfall near the botanical park.
👉My girlfriends and I decided that it is worth going there. It turned out that we will be accompanied by one girl, who approached from Rio.
I found out about it very spontaneously during breakfast, I had not planned that we will go anywhere, so I was not particularly prepared for the trip. Nevertheless, I got dressed in an outfit, some white dress, and then went downstairs to join the rest of us. We headed towards Lapa, where we caught a bus and then drove towards the botanical park. The road was long and winding, in the meantime, we managed to see Rio from behind the windows but from a different perspective than usual. The bus took more and more people on the way, but when we got off it was practically empty.

🤗Kolejna część przed nami jak co środę, już dzisiaj o 18:30 dowiesz się co miało miejsce w dalszym etapie mojego pobytu w Ameryce Południowej.
👉Można powiedzieć, że było na razie spokojnie… ok, faktycznie życie upływało w normalnym porządku, tak więc czytaj dalej i oczekuj z tygodnia na tydzień kolejnych nowych opowieści.
👉The amazing thing is that very often people are aware of the situation they are in in a negative sense. But when positives occur, their ego still directs their attention and time spent on it towards what was and is less interesting.
👉The problem is that we get used to the bad very often, and when the good comes up, we sabotage our situation.
Reading books about the subconscious, energies, and how thoughts create our reality, I realize how much power a person has within themselves and how little they use it.

👉Zastanawiające jest to, że bardzo często ludzi zdają sobie sprawę z sytuacji w jakiej się znajdują w negatywnym tego słowa znaczeniu. Jednak gdy pojawiają się pozytwy, to i tak ich ego kieruje uwagę i czas jej poświęcony w stronę tego co było i jest mniej interesujące.
👉Problem polega na tym, że przyzwyczajamy się bardzo często do tego co jest złe, a gdy pojawia się to co dobre, sabotujemy swoją sytuację.
Czytając książki o podświadomości, energiach oraz o tym w jaki sposób myśli kreują naszą rzeczywistość, zdaję sobie sprawę jak wielką siłę człowiek w sobie posiada i jak mało z niej korzysta.
👉Zmieniając koncentrację i kierując swoją uważność w stronę dobra, ładujemy nasze czakry. Pamiętaj o tym!

It’s a fresh idea but I’ve been thinking about it for a long time. It’s quite a personal form of expression of my graphic nature and the first such project. What will be inside, I will not reveal yet, because I am in the process of preparing the content.
I’ll say yes, there’s definitely going to be a graphic fire 🔥, combined with territory and issues of the subconscious as well as mysticism. 👉Carnival is a way to earn extra money. We, as volunteers, are at this point ready to have not only the chance but also the opportunity to learn about the community there, the culture or the way of life from the inside. They told us very often about how they live on the hill and that it is not safe there. They suggested more than once not to go there alone. It is a dangerous place, especially for visitors with different skin color. We were also informed that if we wanted to actually go there, it would be best if it was someone who lives in the favela. This is the only way you will know the actual state of affairs.
We took these words to heart and decided not to try anything and if we had to change our minds, we would inform them in advance.
In this way we passed days and weeks. We became friends every day, and by spending a lot of time together, we gained more and more trust in each other.
👉The end of the beginning. What has happened in Rio so far is a snippet from my entire trip. I lived in South America for only 2 years, with one short break.
👉 I came back to Poland to apply to the school for a master’s degree. I got into UBA but my life turned out differently. I wasn’t supposed to stay there and certainly wasn’t supposed to study there.
👉I had to go back to Poland… But we’ll come back to this moment, in the meantime I invite you to the Latin paradise.

👉Koniec początku. To co do tej pory wydarzyło się w Rio jest fragmentem z całej mojej wyprawy. Mieszkałam w Ameryce Południowej zaledwie 2 lata, z jedną, krótką przerwą.
👉Wróciłam do Polski po to by aplikować do szkoły na studia magisterskie. Dostałam się do UBA lecz moje losy potoczyły się inaczej. Nie miałam tam zostać a już na pewno nie miałam tam studiować.
👉Musiałam wrócić do Polski… do tego momentu jednak jeszcze wrócimy, tymczasem zapraszam do latynoskiego raju.
👉 Very often we think we know everything and have it all figured out, but when a crisis happens we realize we were wrong. We limit ourselves by saying we know everything or by showing that we do.
👉When we are open to all the people that come our way, we can count on all the words and sentences that come our way to give us at least a little bit of a solution or a perspective on the reality we know.

👉Bardzo często myślimy, że wiemy wszystko i pozjadaliśmy wszystkie rozumy, w sytuacji jednak gdy dochodzi do kryzysu zdajemy sobie sprawę, że byliśmy w błędzie. Ograniczamy samych siebie mówiąc, że wiemy wszystko lub okazując, że tak jest.
👉Gdy jesteśmy otwarci na wszelkie, pojawiające się na naszej drodze osoby, możemy liczyć, że wśród słów i zdań które padają, pojawią się takie, które choć trochę podsuną nam rozwiązanie lub ukierunkują spojrzenie na znaną nam rzeczywistość.
👉When we arrived and got off the last bus, we found ourselves in an almost desolate place. Only in some places, we could see homeless people lying on the ground in the distance. The location was very unpleasant.
Once inside the building, we headed up the winding stairs. Along the way, we passed a balcony from which we could see the carts being prepared for the school’s presentation at the promenade.
Throughout the carnival, different samba dance schools take part. They compete with each other and the carnival is a competition and at the same time the conclusion of it. The school that wins at the end of the carnival is famous and the costumes that were prepared for the carnival are transferred to the Museum. The losing schools wait for another chance, preparing to present themselves the following year. This is a Brazilian tradition. The downside of this event is that all the costumes, which were worked on by the staff, end up as garbage in the streets of Rio. This is the unfortunate side of the whole event, which unfortunately is not talked about anymore.

👉 The fact that you don’t understand something doesn’t mean that the person who’s trying to tell you something is stupid, but that they see something that you might not. Don’t judge and don’t use others to treat this one like a crazy person just because you don’t understand something.
👉People who know a lot will very often not lecture while getting into an argument with you because they know that everyone has their time to understand. To one you speak and it hits right away, another will treat you superficially and yet another will nod, confirm and engage in a substantive conversation.
👉 Just because YOU know something doesn’t mean you are the alpha and omega…. all the more you should be aware that there is still so much you don’t know that it’s worth getting humble in the knowledge you already have.

👉Osoby, które dużo wiedzą bardzo często nie będą prowadziły wykładu podczas wdawania się z Tobą w polemikę, ponieważ wiedzą, że każdy ma swój czas na zrozumienie. Matołek Goat is a leitmotif that fits superbly to the sporty, unique style. Design made with acrylic paints and then protected by a protective matte varnish. Shoes are new. Insole size 25,5cm. The brand I create is IUS Artis.

Koziołek Matołek jest motywem przewodnim, który super wpisał się w sportowy, unikalny styl. Projekt wykonany za pomocą farb akrylowych a następnie zabezpieczony ochronnym matowym lakierem. Buty są nowe. Rozmiar wkładki 25, 5cm. Marka jaką tworzę to IUS Artis.
👉When we arrived and got off the last bus, we found ourselves in an almost desolate place. Only in some places, we could see homeless people lying on the ground in the distance. The location was very unpleasant.
Once inside the building, we headed up the winding stairs. Along the way, we passed a balcony from which we could see the carts being prepared for the school’s presentation at the promenade.
Throughout the carnival, different samba dance schools take part. They compete with each other and the carnival is a competition and at the same time the conclusion of it. The school that wins at the end of the carnival is famous and the costumes that were prepared for the carnival are transferred to the Museum. The losing schools wait for another chance, preparing to present themselves the following year. This is a Brazilian tradition. The downside of this event is that all the costumes, which were worked on by the staff, end up as garbage in the streets of Rio. This is the unfortunate side of the whole event, which unfortunately is not talked about anymore.

👉 This is- an of this moment-the first part of my stay during the project. There will be more of these stories. Brazil is a foretaste of my further actions on this continent. It’s an extraordinary place, just like people and their culture. A healthy lifestyle and relaxed attitude have their pros and cons.

Jest to miejsce niezwykłe podobnie jak ludzie i ich kultura. Zdrowy tryb życia oraz swobodne podejście ma swoje plusy i minusy.

👉There are “angels” on our path to guide you on the right path. Sometimes believing in yourself is not enough, especially when you’re going through a difficult phase in your life. Angels appear out of the blue to guide you and your life for a while in such a way that you get on the path from which you deviated while discovering yourself – fall first!
👉Falling is a difficult stage that requires strength, determination, the courage to believe, surrender, let go and yet trust. When you come out of the so-called swamp you’ve been in and start walking in truth, you will see the value of the good that has surrounded you and to which you’ve had your eyes closed so far.
👉Worth it? It’s worth it – it’s worth falling into the swamp to be born again later and live in harmony with yourself. Then the environment around you will also change. But you go on, never doubting yourself again.

👉If you want to do something then you do it. If you don’t want to but say you do, you can always find an excuse to cover your actions.
👉Sometimes it’s also the case that your mind sabotages your actions. Do you know why this happens? Because what is unfamiliar and uncomfortable, your brain blocks out. It is more comfortable to stay in a place that is familiar to you and getting out of your comfort zone always involves change. Changes involve learning something new and frustration.
👉You grow the most when you just step out of your comfort zone. When you sit in the warmth, covered with a fragrant blanket by the fireplace, you make your mind lazy, and thus your self-development. In a word, you deliberately harm yourself.

👉Jeżeli chcesz coś zrobić to to robisz. Jeżeli nie chcesz ale mówisz, że chcesz, to zawsze znajdziesz wymówkę, która będzie przykrywką do działania.
👉Czasami też jest tak, że Twój umysł sabotuje Twoje działania. Wiesz dlaczego się tak dzieje? Ponieważ to co jest nie znane i nie wygodne, Twój mózg blokuje. Wygodniej jest zostać w miejscu, które jest Ci znane a wyjście ze strefy komfortu zawsze wiąże się ze zmianami. Zmiany wiążą się z nauką czegoś nowego no i frustracją.
👉Rozwijasz się najbardziej gdy właśnie wychodzisz ze swojej strefy komfortu. Gdy siedzisz w ciepełku, nakryty pachnącym kocykiem przy kominku, rozleniwiasz swój umysł a co za tym idzie swój samorozwój. Jednym słowem szkodzisz sobie z premedytacją.
